產品說明 Description

由聚乙烯醇縮丁醛、防銹顏料、溶劑等配制面漆料，并以磷化液配套而成，分甲、乙雙罐包裝。系一種有色或黑色金屬表面的打底漆，能起鈍化作用，從而增加涂層與金屬之間的附著力。

This product is a two components package, one is the paint made up of polyvinyl butyra, anti-rust pigment, solvent etc., and the other is phosphating solution. It is a primer for the surface of non-ferrous or ferrous metals, which has passivation to increase the adhesive forces between the films and the metals.

 

設計用途 Use

用于船舶、橋梁、油罐、儀表等鋁合金、銅、鍍鋅鋼件或黑色金屬的打底漆，但不能代替防銹漆。

It is a primer for aluminum alloy, copper, galvanized steels or ferrous metals of ship, bridge, oil tank, instruments etc.. But it cannot replace anti-rust paints.

表面處理 Surface Treatment

鋼材表面經拋丸或噴砂等方法處理至Sa2級;

鋁或其它輕金屬用砂紙或鋼絲刷拉毛。

Surface of steels should be processed by shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa 2. Surface of aluminum or other light metals should be processed by abrasive paper or wire brush.

 

施工條件 Application Conditions

底材溫度須高于露點以上3℃，相對濕度須小于85%;

The temperature of substrate materials should be 3℃ above the dew point, and relative humidity should be less than 85%.

后道配套涂料 與油性、醇酸、酚醛、氯化橡膠、環氧等各類防銹漆配套使用。

Subsequent Coats: Various kinds of anti-rust paints which are oily, alcoholic acid, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, etc..

 

包裝規格 Packing Specification

甲組份20升容器裝16公斤，乙組份5升容器裝4公斤 。

Component I: 20L Container, 16kg; Component II: 5L Container , 4Kg.

 

備注 Attentions

不能作為防銹底漆，不能在大氣中曝曬，也不允許已干的漆膜受潮變濕;

兩組份混合后超過適用期，雖能夠流動，但放置時間過長對漆膜的性能有影響。

This product cannot be used as anti-rust paint. Exposure under atmosphere is not allowable. Also, dry films cannot be exposed to moisture and got wet.

If the pot life is overtime after mixture of two components, the performance of film will be influenced although the product can still flow.

 

安全 Safety

避免長期吸入溶劑蒸汽或漆霧，皮膚、眼睛不得接觸本品，在狹窄或空氣不流通處施工，必須提供強力通風，施工時應配防護用具。

To avoid the long-term inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mists. To avoid contacts with skin and eyes. Forced ventilation must be provided when applying paints in confined space or stagnant air. Protective appliance is required during application.
