產品說明 Description

由環氧樹脂、耐曬性顏填料、分散劑等與固化劑組成，分甲、乙雙份包裝。漆膜堅韌，具有優異的附著力、柔韌性、耐磨性和抗沖擊性能;具有優異的耐堿性，良好的耐水性、耐油性和抗化學品性能;耐候性略差，經長時間曝曬后，表面會發生粉化。

It is made up of epoxy resin, light-resisting pigment and filler, dispersing agent etc. and curing agent. This product is a two-components package. It has strong film, with excellent adhesive forces, flexibility, wear-resisting and impact resistant performances. Also, it has outstanding alkali resistance, and good resistance to water, oil and chemicals. But its weatherability is not so good that pulverization may happen on the surface after long time intense exposure.

表面處理 Surface Treatment

如前道漆面已經污染,應用適當的方法去油脂、灰塵，也可用本漆稀釋劑擦洗。

if the preceding coating has been contaminated, appropriated methods should be used to remove grease and dust. Also, the thinner for this paint can be used for cleaning.

 

施工條件 Application Conditions

底材溫度須高于露點以上3℃，相對濕度須小于85%，在有雨、霧、雪和較大灰塵條件下不可施工。

The temperature of substrate materials should be 3℃ above the dew point, and relative humidity should be less than 85%. Application should be stopped in raining, foggy, snowing weathers and dusty circumstance.

前道配套涂料 環氧富鋅底漆、環氧云鐵防銹漆、高性能環氧厚漿型底漆。

Preceding Coats: Epoxy Zinc-rich Primer, Epoxy Micaceous Iron Anti-rust Paint, High-performances Epoxy High Build Primer

 

保養期 Maintaining Period

備注 Note

可根據使用目的及部位修改漆膜厚度，但這會相應改變涂布率和干燥時間。

The thickness of films can be adjusted based on the intended use and working pieces, but the spreading rate and drying time will be accordingly changed.

 

注意事項 Attentions

• 若前道涂料涂裝時間過久，涂后道時應用水砂紙打毛，清除掉表面灰塵污物后再涂漆以保證層間附著力。
• 施工所用工具應清潔干燥，涂料不得混入水份及其它雜質，涂料現配現用，須8小時內用完。
• 漆膜未完全干燥固化之前，應采取保護措施，避免受到雨水或其它液體的沖洗和踐踏。
• 涂料存放于溫度較低通風干燥處，遠離熱源，避免日光直射，并隔絕火種。

 

• If the preceding paint has been coated for long time, it should be roughening by waterproof abrasive paper before subsequent coating. Dust and dirt should be removed from the surface first to guarantee the adhesive forces between coatings.
• All tools should be cleaned and dried. No water or other impurities are allowed to mix in the paint. The paint should be used up within 8 hours.
• Protection should be provided for the coating to prevent from damage caused by rain or other liquids before it is completely cured.
• This product should be stored in cool, dry place with good ventilation. Keep it away from heat. Avoid direct sun exposure. Completely cut off fire source.

 

安全 Safety

避免長期吸入溶劑蒸汽或漆霧，皮膚、眼睛不得接觸本品，在狹窄或空氣不流通處施工，必須提供強力通風，施工時應配防護用具。

To avoid the long-term inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mists. To avoid contacts with skin and eyes. Forced ventilation must be provided when applying paints in confined space or stagnant air. Protective appliance is required during application.
