由含羥基樹脂、優質顏料等與固化劑配制而成，分甲、乙組份包裝。

漆膜耐磨性好，堅韌豐滿，色澤光亮，耐酸、堿、鹽類腐蝕和化工大氣腐蝕，并具有良好的裝飾性、耐久性。

It is made up of hydroxyl resin, pigment etc. and curing agent. This product is a tow-component package. It has strong, full and bright film, and resistance to acid, alkali, salt, chemical atmospheric corrosion. Also it has good decoration and durability.

 

設計用途 Use

鋼結構表面作防腐面漆，也可用于木材及水泥制品。

表機處理 Surface Treatment

在前道原涂層規定涂裝時間間隔內涂上聚氨酯面漆。

Polyurethane Finishing Paint should be coated within the stated interval after the preceding coating.

 

施工條件 Application Conditions

雙組份漆必須充分攪勻，按規定質量比配準，靜止20分鐘后施工。底材溫度高于露點以上3℃。

一般聚氨酯涂料施工氣溫最好在0-35℃之間。施工時應注意天氣，溫度變化;雨、霧、雪天，相對濕度大于85%，夏季炎熱天氣時，在強烈陽光直射下均不可施工。

Two components must be fully stirred and proportioned accurately as per the requirements. Wait for 20 minutes for coating. The temperature of substrate materials should be 3℃ above the dew point. The best coating temperature is 0-35℃. Application should be stopped when relative humidity is more than 85% in raining foggy and snowing weather, or under direct and intense sunshine in hot summer days.

前道配套涂料 聚氨酯鐵紅防銹漆、聚氨酯云鐵防銹漆、環氧云鐵防銹漆。

Preceding Coats: Iron-red Polyurethane Anti-rust Paint, Polyurethane Micaceous Iron Anti-rust Paint, Epoxy Micaceous Iron Anti-rust Paint.

建議涂裝道數 涂裝2-3道，干膜70-100μm。

Recommended Coating Number: 2-3 coatings, dry film 70-100μm.

注意事項 Attentions

˙該涂料最佳施工條件是溫度0-35℃，相對濕度≤85%，或被涂物表面應高于露點溫度3℃以上，在有雨、霧、雪和較大灰塵條件下，不可施工。

˙該涂料可用于噴涂、刷涂、輥涂等方法，不同施工方法對涂料的粘度要求也不同，調整涂料的粘度應使用專用的稀釋劑，嚴禁用水、香蕉水、醇、汽油等。

˙聚氨酯涂料屬“化學反應性”涂料，施工前必須充分攪拌均勻，按規定質量比配準并混合均勻。在25℃-35℃的氣溫下靜止20分鐘　　熟化后方可施工。若氣溫低于25℃時可適當延長熟化時間。經熟化后的涂料應在4-8小時內用完，以免膠結浪費。

˙涂料使用后包裝桶蓋必須蓋密封，否則易受潮氣、醇、水的作用而變質。

˙本產品涂裝后漆膜在常溫下七天后完全固化，才能交付使用。

˙The best coating temperature is 0-35℃ and relative humidity should be less than 85%,or the temperature of substrate materials should be 3℃ above the dew point. Application should be stopped during rainy, foggy, snowy and dusty weather.

˙Spraying, brush coating and roller painting etc. can be used for application of this product. But different method requires different viscosity, and it is necessary to use special thinner to adjust it. Water, banana oil, alcohol, petrol etc. are strictly prohibited.

˙Polyurethane paint has chemical reactivity, so it must be fully and evenly stirred before use, and uniformly mixed as per the specific proportion. Then wait for 20 minutes for maturing at the temperature of 25℃-35℃. If the temperature is below 25℃, maturing time should be extended accordingly. The matured paint should be used up within 4-8 hours to avoid cementation.

˙The cover of package must be tightly sealed after use to avoid deterioration caused by moisture, alcohol and water.

˙Coating of this product is completed cured in 7 days at the normal temperature. Then it is acceptable for use.

regulations should be followed. To avoid the long-term inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mists. To avoid contacts with skin and eyes. Forced ventilation must be provided when applying paints in confined space or stagnant air. Protective appliance is required during application.
