產品說明 Description

本產品采用先進的水性環氧樹脂及固化劑，輔以適當的助劑及顏填料，真正實現了環氧富鋅涂料的水性化。本產品以水為介質，VOC含量極低(≤35g/L)，對環境及施工有員無不良影響。本產品中鋅含量高，涂層導電性好，機械性能優異，不閃蝕、防腐防銹性能突出，同時本產品還可在潮濕基面施工，施工工具用水清洗即可重復使用。

It is made up of advanced water-borne epoxy resin and curing agent, along with appropriate additive, pigment and filler, to truly achieve water-borne epoxy zinc-rich coating. This product uses water as medium with low VOC content (≤35g/L), so it has no harmful effects on the environments and workers. It has high content of zinc, and its coating has good electrical conductivity, excellent mechanical property, and no flash rusting. Also, this product has outstanding corrosion and rust protection, so it can be used after cleaning by water.

 

設計用途 Use

作為水性漆配套的底漆，用于輕度至嚴重腐蝕環境下的鋼結構表面，如船舶、集裝箱、海上平臺、碼頭等海洋設施、石油化工管道與儲罐、冶金、電力等行業中鋼鐵構件的防銹與防腐。

As the primer for water-borne paint for rust and corrosion resistance, it is used for the surfaces of steel structures in the circumstances with light to heavy corrosion, such as ships, containers, offshore platforms, harbors etc., in maritime facilities and pipelines and tanks in petrochemical, metallurgical and electrical industries.

表面處理 用適當的清潔劑去除油脂，噴砂至Sa2.5級或動力工具除銹達到St3級，粗糙度40-70微米，保持表面清潔干燥。

Surface Treatment: Grease should be cleared away by appropriate cleanser. The working pieces should be processed by sand blasting to achieve Sa 2.5 or de-rusting by power-driven tools to achieve St 3 of Sweden Rust Removal Standards with roughness of 40-70μm and clean and dry surfaces.

 

施工條件 施工及干燥期間，環境溫度最好在10℃以上，相對濕

度須小于80%，底材溫度應高于露點3℃以上，并保證

良好的通風。避免在夜間溫度較低尤其是在兼有凝露或

雨水的季節戶外施工。

Application Conditions:

During coating and drying, ambient temperature should be above 10℃ and relative humidity should be less than 85%, and the temperature of substrate materials should be 3℃ above the dew point, with well ventilation. It is not advisable to paint in night with low temperature, especially for outdoor works in dewing and raining seasons.

 

后道配套涂料 水性環氧云鐵防銹漆、水性環氧面漆、水性丙烯酸漆等;

也可覆涂溶劑型涂料，但最短覆涂間隔應延長。

Subsequent Coats: Water-borne Epoxy Micaceous Iron Anti-rust Paint, Water-borne Epoxy Finishing Paint, Water-borne Acrylic Paint etc.. This product is also used as coating for solvent type paints, but its minimum painting intervals should be extended accordingly.

 

包裝規格 Packing Specification

甲組份20升容器裝20公斤，乙組份5升容器裝5公斤，丙組份20升容器裝50公斤。

注意事項 Attentions

● 因鋅粉含量高，所以在調配時建議使用機械攪拌把甲、乙組份攪拌均勻后， 再加入丙組份攪拌均勻;

● 在高溫季節施工時，易發生干噴，為防止干噴現象產生，須加稀釋劑調整至不干噴為止。

● Mechanical agitation is recommended for Component I and Component II because of high content of zinc powder, after even stirring, put Component III in for uniform mixing.

● Dry spray may happen during painting in high temperature seasons. To avoid it, thinner should be mixed in till no dry spray appears.

 

安全 Safety

避免長期吸入溶劑蒸汽或漆霧，皮膚、眼睛不得接觸本品，在狹窄或空氣不流通處施工，必須提供強力通風，施工時應配防護用具。

To avoid the long-term inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mists. To avoid contacts with skin and eyes. Forced ventilation must be provided when applying paints in confined space or stagnant air. Protective appliance is required during application.
