產品說明 Description

該涂料是雙組份環氧厚漿型涂料，固化劑分常溫固化和低溫固化兩種。固化劑A適用于5℃以上溫度條件下使用;固化劑B適用于-10℃~5℃溫度條件下使用。漆膜具有優異的防銹性和耐腐蝕性，優良的物理機械性能，耐磨、耐碰撞、耐海水、耐鹽霧性能佳，抗水滲透性好。

This product is a two-component epoxy high build paint, with two kinds of curing agent: Ambient Curing (Curing Agent A) and Low-temperature Curing (Curing Agent B). Curing Agent A is suitable for the temperature above 5℃; Curing Agent B is used for the temperature of -10℃~5℃. The films have excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, good mechanical property, wear proof, crashworthiness, resistance to sea water, salt mist and water penetration.

表面處理 Surface Treatment

新鋼材表面經拋丸或噴砂處理,達到瑞典除銹標準Sa2.5級，若需要臨時保護的鋼材，可涂用適當的車間底漆，最后涂裝之間應將破損的車間底漆及污物徹底清除干凈。

Surface of steels should be processed by shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 of Sweden Rust Removal Standards. If temporary protection is required for steel, appropriate shop primer can be used for coating. The damaged shop primers and dirt should be completely cleared away before application of this product.

 

施工條件 Application Conditions

為避免水汽凝結，只能在干燥潔凈而溫度又高于露點3℃的面上施工，在狹窄空間內施工和干燥期內應大量通風。

To prevent water vapor from condensation, the surface for coating should be dry and clean, ant its temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point. Forced ventilation must be provided during coating in confined space and drying period.

前道配套涂料 各類車間底漆，也可直接涂于除銹 質量達Sa2.5級的鋼材表面上。

Preceding Coats: Various kinds of shop primers. Also, it can be directly used on the steel surface where achieves Sa2.5 for derusting.

 

包裝規格 Packing Specification Component

甲組份20升容器裝20公斤，乙組份5升容器裝4公斤 。

I: 20L Container, 20kg; Component II: 5L Container , 4Kg.

 

備注 Notes

可根據使用目的及部位修改漆膜厚度，但這會相應改變涂布率和干燥時間。

Film thickness can be adjusted based on the intended use and the coating parts, but it will change spreading rate and drying time.

 

注意事項 Attentions

　　˙被涂物表面必須除銹、除油、除灰塵及其它附著物。

　　˙若前道涂料涂裝時間過久，涂后道時應清除掉表面灰塵污物后再涂漆以保證層間附著力。

　　˙施工所用工具應清潔干燥，涂料不得混入水份及其它雜質，涂料現配現用，須4小時內用完。

　　˙漆膜未完全干燥固化之前，應采取保護措施，避免受到雨水或其它液體的沖洗和踐踏。

　　˙涂料存放于溫度較低通風干燥處，遠離熱源，避免日光直射，并隔絕火種。

　　˙The surface must be processed to remove rust, grease, dust and other attachments.

　　˙If the preceding coating has been done long time ago, dust and dirt should be cleared away first before the subsequent coating to guarantee the ply adhesion between coatings.

　　˙All tools for coating should be clean and dry. No water or other impurities are allowed to be mixing in the paints. The paints should be used within 4 hours after fresh mixing.

　　˙The film should be protected till its complete drying and curing to avoid washing or damage by water or other liquids.

　　˙The paints should be stored in low-temperature, dry and well-ventilated circumstances to keep away from heat, direct sun exposure and fire source.

 

安全 Safety

避免長期吸入溶劑蒸汽或漆霧，皮膚、眼睛不得接觸本品，在狹窄或空氣不流通處施工，必須提供強力通風，施工時應配防護用具。

To avoid the long-term inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mists. To avoid contacts with skin and eyes. Forced ventilation must be provided when applying paints in confined space or stagnant air. Protective appliance is required during application.
